Y81K-315 Hydraulic Scrap Metal / Iron / Steel Press Machinery
The Y81 series hydraulic metal baler efficiently compresses various metal scraps including steel, copper, aluminum, stainless steel, and automotive materials into compact shapes like square columns, cylinders, or octagons. This process significantly reduces transportation costs while improving handling efficiency.
Ideal for steel plants, recycling facilities, and metal processing industries, these balers feature hydraulic operation with optional manual or PLC automatic controls. Multiple discharge methods are available including turning over, pushing out, forwarding out, and manual lifting.
Key advantages include no need for foot screw fixing and the option for diesel engine operation when electrical power is unavailable. With extrusion forces ranging from 63 to 400 tons across 10 models, productivity varies from 4 to 40 tons per shift. Both compression chamber dimensions and bale shapes can be customized to meet specific requirements.
